We were looking for a way to satisfy our cravings for punchy, bold buffalo wings, but with a vegan twist.
And thus, the original Buffalo Cauliflower was born. Made with a gluten-free breading and served with our house-made vegan blue cheese, the dish Mohawk Bend invented quickly caught on.
Word got out, and it quickly became our most ordered item. Imitator recipes started popping up online, and the Buffalo Cauliflower craze went global.
